Ritualize your Evening
Drink 2-3 Tbsp before bed, straight into your mouth, or in your choice of tea (non-caffeinated). Light the palo santo for a deep aromatherapeutic quality. We recommend creating an intentional space, where you invite a peaceful and calm mind. Brew a cup of the Dream Tea, (add 1Tbsp of the elixir to your tea, or drink after your meditation before bed) sit in a 5-15minute meditation, stating the intentions of your journey.
Lucid Dreaming Tips: focus on your minds eye, a symbol that calls to you (a rose, a crystal, someone you love, etc). Contemplate the symbol for at least a solid 5min, witnessing all there is to that moment. Invoke your intention, and the insights you wish you receive. Lay in bed and anoint some of the Oil over your temples, or neck. Lights are off, and continue to mindfully breathe, allowing the herbs to digest and provide relaxation.
